Arrive Early.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to your appointment. This allows time to use the restroom, get settled in the space, and be ready to start your services at your appointment time.

Cancel or Reschedule with at least 24 hours notice.

Life happens, we understand. Your appointment is reserved especially for you, as a result we have implemented a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please provide at least 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do this will result in cancellation charges. Cancelling or rescheduling within the 24 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service. No shows will result in 100% charge of your schedule service.
